Base image, out of the original 3d model cut out a rectangle shape out of eva foam and then give it a feather shape like in the image Paint the feathers with acrylic paint or others to make a degradee and give it more realism, coat with several layers of white glue check out the shape (3 big feathers and 3 smaller ones) hot glue them into the hoodie! I made the cape by drapping the fabrics over my manequin and sewing it with a hood pattern, then sew the silver edges and the triangles general top body pattern I made the skull out of eva foam and painted with spray paint and acrylics final result! photoshoot day selfie! :P VIDEO TUTORIAL OF PART 1:
